Battle.net wasn’t installed
The installer closed before it finished. Try again.
What happened
Battle.net’s installer closed before Battle.net was installed. Its window may have been closed, or the installer stopped on its own.
The fix
Click Try Again. When the Battle.net installer’s window opens, click Continue and leave the window open until Battle.net opens.
When to write to us
If the installer closes by itself again, write to us with a diagnostics file.
Email support@malbec.app. For a diagnostics file, choose Help › Export Diagnostics… in Malbec and attach the zip it saves. It has no account details, and your home folder is masked.
