Couldn’t copy the game
Usually a full disk. Nothing changed in CrossOver.
What happened
Malbec stopped copying the game, usually because the disk filled up. Nothing in CrossOver or Recall changed.
The fix
Click Open Storage Settings, free space, then bring the game over again.
When to write to us
If there is plenty of space and the copy still fails, write to us with a diagnostics file.
Email support@malbec.app. For a diagnostics file, choose Help › Export Diagnostics… in Malbec and attach the zip it saves. It has no account details, and your home folder is masked.
