The store’s installer couldn’t be verified
So Malbec didn’t run it. Try again later; if it keeps happening, send us diagnostics from the Help menu.
What happened
Before it runs a store’s installer, Malbec checks the digital signature of its maker, Valve or Blizzard. This installer didn’t pass, so Malbec didn’t run it.
The fix
Click Try Again later. Don’t run the installer some other way.
When to write to us
If it keeps happening, write to us with a diagnostics file.
Email support@malbec.app. For a diagnostics file, choose Help › Export Diagnostics… in Malbec and attach the zip it saves. It has no account details, and your home folder is masked.
