What it does
Malbec’s engine can write detailed logs, which help us find a problem but can make games slower. Instead of one switch there are presets, each for one kind of problem: Crashes, Graphics and Store. While a preset is on, Malbec shows that logging is on, and the preset turns itself off after three game sessions, so it isn’t left on by mistake.
How to use it
Turn a preset on in Settings › Support, play until the problem happens, then choose Help › Export Diagnostics… and send us the file. Turn the preset off when you’re done, or let it turn itself off.
