The store is still running
Quit the store from its window, then try again.
What happened
Malbec asked the store to quit and it is still running. A store often stays open while it shows a window or finishes a download.
The fix
Click Show the Store, quit it from its own menu, then try again.
When to write to us
If the store won’t quit at all, write to us with a diagnostics file.
Email support@malbec.app. For a diagnostics file, choose Help › Export Diagnostics… in Malbec and attach the zip it saves. It has no account details, and your home folder is masked.
