Your trial has ended
Your games and settings are kept.
What happened
The free trial ran for 7 days from the moment you chose Start Free Trial, whether you played or not, and it has ended. Play, Install, Open Store, Uninstall in Store, running an installer and running a Windows program now need a license. Everything else keeps working, and your games and settings are kept.
The fix
Click Buy Malbec. After paying, press Open in Malbec on the page you see after checkout or in the email with your key, then press Activate. You can also choose Enter License…, next to Buy Malbec or in the Malbec menu, and paste the key.
When to write to us
If you entered your key and still see this, write to us with the order number from the email with your key. Write to us too if the trial ended sooner than 7 days after you started it.
Email support@malbec.app. For a diagnostics file, choose Help › Export Diagnostics… in Malbec and attach the zip it saves. It has no account details, and your home folder is masked.
